Technical Consultant
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist clients in resolving IT service issues.
Provide and maintain solutions for monitoring the quality of IT service.
Online/On-call duty with shifts according to client’s need.
Resolve client’s issue
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent English or Chinese Mandarin is required (ä¸è‹±æ–‡æ“‡ä¸€)
1 year of experience in architecting a new web service or maintaining a web application solution.
1 year of experience in maintaining IT service of web applications
Experience in ASP.Net development, performance tuning within a MS SQL environment a big plus!
MIS / Admin Specialist
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support existing IT infrastructure, such as Windows servers, Switch/Router, Wifi AP, etc
Support accessories, such as printers, Wifi AP, door access system, CCTV, etc
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to Windows & MAC systems
Deployment and configuration of new and existing user hardware (laptops, mobile phones and tablets)
Work with remote IT team to ensure projects and daily routine can be well supported
Other administrative work assigned by local managers
REQUIREMENTS:
Able to fluently read, write and speak English
Able to business travel to the main office in Chrey Thom within 1 week. (Caompany arrange the traffic, accommodation and meal allowances)
Familar and interested in IT technologies
Willing to communicate with others and study the new techknowledge
